You will have class time to work on these questions.  You can do them in groups.  If you do not finish this is your homework.

Today - we will set up blogs for the history class.

You will hand in or post your homework assignments on Zinn.

We will finish chapter 1 from THE AMERICAN PAGEANT 

HW: Go back through the 1st chapter of THE AMERICAN PAGEANT and take notes.  You need to list at least eight things that you felt where important from the chapter on your blog.

Zinn Assignment

Today we will discuss Zinn and your thoughts regarding the chapter.  We will then first chapter 1 in American Pageant.  You should review the outline for this chapter on the link I provided.  It is included in the previous blog entry.  You might have a short review quiz on Monday (just to see what you picked up).

HW: Blog entry on Zinn.  How has your views of Columbus changed since reading Zinn?  If they haven't changed discuss why or why not and what Zinn presents that backs up your views.
